Throughout Sara Sweat’s extensive career in healthcare technology, leading clients and organizations to triple-digit growth, Sara's focus has always transcended mere numbers.
While many of her peers pursued MBAs, Sara, an early enthusiast of human behavior, earned a Master’s degree in Counseling. She immersed herself in thought leadership around attachment theory, post-traumatic growth, and industrial-organizational psychology.
At prominent companies such as Change Healthcare, Teladoc Health, and Incredible Health, Sara applied her unique blend of commercial acumen and clinical training to achieve outstanding results. Her leadership style is renowned for fostering a culture of collaboration and authenticity.
